    Improve your fitness and create lasting change during our four week challenge. Together, we will tackle workouts, learn about nutrition, focus on hydration, and better ourselves.

  • FLEXIBLE WORKOUT OPTIONS

    We want to provide you options to workout safely, so we’re offering unlimited camps indoors and online, with some locations offering outdoor camps as well. Reach out to your local Burn Boot Camp for more info!

  • NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE

    With your signup, you will be given a challenge packet to walk you through our hydration challenge, provide you recipes, and more! You will also receive one-on-one nutritional guidance from your trainer during scheduled Focus Meetings.
