Upper body. Check. Lower body. Check. This full body strength training workout takes care of it all! This routine is done using the H.I.I.T technique. We will use a chest press, renegade row (does the sound of it scare you?), alternating lunge curl, and a squat press to work all muscles in the body. There are many benefits to strength training, outside of better performance. Strength training can improve your overall health by increasing bone, tendon and ligament strength, improved joint function, improved metabolism, and cardiac function. And how’s this for a little extra icing on the cake, so to speak… It can elevate your HDL or good cholesterol. Check out Morgan from Burn Boot Camp showing you how it’s done.
