About 5 years ago I did a promotion and came to this gym at 5:30am and never left the parking lot I was too intimidated. 5 years later I did another promotion but actually went inside. The energy, support and encouragement from the trainers, staff and members have sold me on a membership. The workouts are the perfect amount with accommodations to injury, pregnancy, postpartum and skill. The trainers help with confidence in correct forms and take the time to meet with you afterwards to hit or discuss your personal goals. My husband and I both serve in the military, we have three beautiful children, and we are so grateful for a gym that supports our families needs. My children love coming to the gym with me and this workout gives me the consistency and confidence I need to put my uniform on. If you have been contemplating, STOP! And come talk to the staff and do a workout, you will not regret it!
Love this place so much! I was a member back in 2018 leading up to our wedding. It got me in the best shape of my life and I loved it but then dropped off for a few years. I had such a hard time getting back into a healthy and happy workout groove after having kids. I tried Pilates, peloton, at home workouts, but nothing gave me the results, pushed me and got me cut and strong like Burn did and I always remembered that. It was so emotional finally getting myself back in the door (almost a year ago now). I was greeted by Sam and she immediately made me feel like I made the right choice by walking in — I was in the [right] place. The complimentary child care, and the wonderful girls who run it, is such a huge bonus for moms with young kids. I reflect on that a lot.. if these other moms can get here and do this for themselves, so can I! Burn is motivating and inspiring in so many subtle ways. A few examples are the length of the workouts — 45 minutes is the perfect amount of time. Another is how they only share general topics for the day (ie upper body strength) so I can’t overthink the workouts and psych myself out of not going. Lastly, I love how diverse the people are who attend the camps. It’s so motivating. You’ll see pregnant and young moms showing up for themselves, older women prioritizing their strength and health, folks on weight loss journeys, athletes, it’s definitely a lot of women but there are men mixed in too, people modifying working through injuries and others going all out.. all in the same room, all at different stages of their fitness journeys, but all there for the same reason— to do something good for themselves, to feel good. I really love all the trainers. Sandy, Dawn, Sam — they’re all amazing and have kick butt stories and push me in different ways that I’m (sometimes reluctantly) but genuinely thankful for. I could go on and on. It’s such a great community to be a part of — truly a life changing gym!

I’ve been a member for 2 years and just renewed my membership. This place changed my life. It offers community, friendship, and amazing workouts. I’m in the best shape of my life and I’m almost 40. The trainers push you in a good way: they see your potential and they get you out of your comfort zone so you can excel at a new exercise or personal record. They also mix up the workouts so you never get bored. I’ll never regret walking in on my first day. Please try Burn, you will want to be a part of this family!
I joined Burn hoping to be more fit and healthy but I got so much more than that! I’ve always been active but at nearly 60 I can’t say I was ever actually fit. I’m healthier than ever thanks to the personal attention in every class from supportive trainers as well as from the friends I’ve made in the gym. Truly a place for any age or current fitness level. 10/10 highly recommend.

A Burn Boot Camp workout is 45 minutes and includes an active warm-up, a challenging workout (scalable to all fitness levels), and a finisher.
This is a combination of dynamic warmup exercises where you will prepare your body to work out and receive a demonstration of exercises from your certified trainer. During the demonstration, your trainer will go over the proper form and show multiple ways to modify all exercises.
Your trainer will move around the room during camp providing our signature personal training in a group setting. Expect high-fives, words of encouragement, great music, and lots of endorphins.
We end each camp with a “finisher.” And trust us, the name says it all! Finishers last less than five minutes and are often the most challenging part of the workout. They pull everyone together to help push each other through and are a great way to track how strong you are becoming.
“Two claps on two.” It’s how Burn Nation ends each camp, acknowledging our community, hard work, and our journey to strength and self-confidence.
We use only the most effective gym equipment, including a unique floating floor that acts as a shock absorber to protect joints and prevent injury.
Our one-on-one focus meetings keep you on track with your goals. You’ll meet with your trainer to discuss mindset, nutrition, and fitness goals getting better results, faster.
