I was really hesitant to join or even try out burn boot camp about 2 years ago. I hated working out. I hated going to the gym and looking like a fool when I didn’t know how to use any equipment or target specific areas. But I can honestly say now daily fitness is a part of my everyday routine and it’s because of Burn HP. The absolute hardest part is walking through the door on your first day and the community makes it so much easier. This gym has brought me new friends and helped me prove to myself that I am capable of so much more than I thought. The trainers and team really care. They cheer for you, applaud you when you get a new PR and they workout alongside you. It’s humbling to see the trainers and people who have been going to this gym for years struggle and push through these difficult workouts. You are never shamed or embarrassed in this gym. They meet you where you are in your life and give you what you need (including the push to do better and be better). They create the workouts for you - all you have to do is show up and I love that! There are people of all ages and sizes and everyone is welcome, encouraged and empowered. Burn HP has made working out fun for me and I will always be a fan! Worth every penny.

Walking in the door is the hard part, once you’re there it all falls into place. While I was recovering from a hysterectomy, having friends and family drop off/send food, I knew as soon as I was cleared to workout, I was going to have work to do. I wanted to rebuild the core muscles and take off some weight. With nothing but time during recovery, I started stalking Burn Social Media pages. I watched stories and reels to see what goes on in that building I drive by all the time. At first, the workouts looked intimidating. Then, I started looking beyond who was focused in the reel/story/etc. and saw there were people in the background modifying, struggling, sweating, and they looked like me too! The more I watched, the more I thought, I can do that!!! I walked into my first class on a Friday morning, Trainer Dawn was front and center, class started promptly on time and we’re off to the races! From warm up to cool down and all stations in between, modifications are offered for your fitness level, the trainers are always there to help you modify or level up, so your fitness can grow at every camp. There are times I just know I can’t do an exercise or another rep, or go up in weight, but there is someone right there telling you “YES.YOU.CAN!” And guess what?! I do!!! Sometimes having someone else believing in you is the push to make you believe in yourself! The strength I am building doesn’t end inside the walls of 1386 NJ 38 Hainesport. The words of the trainer’s echo in my head when life gets challenging, outside of the walls of Burn Boot Camp. I can’t tell you how many times, life got tough, and I hear Dawn or Ally or Sandy in my head saying, “I know you can!” and I DO! Everyone in the room is in the workout together, but very much focused on THEIR workout. So, if you are someone that feels intimidated by group or co-ed exercise, I promise you everyone is just trying to make it until we hear 5…4…3………2………….1! Besides the workouts challenging you to build and fine tune every one of your muscles, it really is the community that makes that 4:30am alarm a little less daunting. Once you make it through those doors, the community carries you until that final clap on TWO!
This is such a great place to workout. The trainers and community are supportive of every one at every level. It truly is a place you can come and do YOUR best without feeling judged. This was exactly what I needed coming off an injury and not being at the level I used to be. Modifications are given and no one makes you feel bad about taking them. And you don’t feel like you’re losing anything because it’s still an awesome workout! I pass another location to come here because it’s really the best around!
Designed to increase muscle mass by using all lower body muscles: quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, and calves. This type of workout incorporates bodyweight resistance and all external load exercises.

A Burn Boot Camp workout is 45 minutes and includes an active warm-up, a challenging workout (scalable to all fitness levels), and a finisher.
This is a combination of dynamic warmup exercises where you will prepare your body to work out and receive a demonstration of exercises from your certified trainer. During the demonstration, your trainer will go over the proper form and show multiple ways to modify all exercises.
Your trainer will move around the room during camp providing our signature personal training in a group setting. Expect high-fives, words of encouragement, great music, and lots of endorphins.
We end each camp with a “finisher.” And trust us, the name says it all! Finishers last less than five minutes and are often the most challenging part of the workout. They pull everyone together to help push each other through and are a great way to track how strong you are becoming.
“Two claps on two.” It’s how Burn Nation ends each camp, acknowledging our community, hard work, and our journey to strength and self-confidence.
