The most challenging but rewarding fitness experience. Instructors help with form and motivation for people at every step of their fitness journey. Community is welcoming, the gym is clean and the Childwatch is incredible for busy parents!
Burn boot camp is THE BEST training facility and community I’ve been apart of. The staff and trainers are amazing and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a supportive environment and challenging workout.
Been going to Burn Boot Camp Northville for a year now. I love the way they offer 1:1 focus meetings to help with my goals and then they know how to challenge me during camp. I have never felt stronger. And the universal membership has been great when out of town!
Edited to add- I had specifically mentioned at the time of enrolment that I would need to travel for an extended period of time, and I was then told a lot of members travel and as long as an advance notice is given, I should be fine with a temporary suspension during my travel. I gave a notice and as per your further requirement, provided you with a copy of my flight tickets as a required proof. Once again, it is impossible for me to let you know in advance of my health issue. The facility does not give member a chance to cancel their membership on grounds of health concerns without having to pay for the fees for the month. The only way out is to suspend/freeze and come back or pay for the suspended month(s). ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have been a member at Northville Burn Bootcamp for over a year. Recently, I was advised against strenuous exercise due to sudden health concerns and I reached out to the facility to cancel my membership. The facility does not make any consideration for cancelation on medical grounds. They continue to charge with a month membership when the member decides to cancel and even when the member has not used their services. They are very nice and kind as long as you are a member but make it very difficult when you want to cancel especially like in my case, when there is a sudden medical emergency. I liked their classes and hoped to come back after my recovery but the experience when I decided to leave, will not make me come back at this location again! - Inara

A Burn Boot Camp workout is 45 minutes and includes an active warm-up, a challenging workout (scalable to all fitness levels), and a finisher.
This is a combination of dynamic warmup exercises where you will prepare your body to work out and receive a demonstration of exercises from your certified trainer. During the demonstration, your trainer will go over the proper form and show multiple ways to modify all exercises.
Your trainer will move around the room during camp providing our signature personal training in a group setting. Expect high-fives, words of encouragement, great music, and lots of endorphins.
We end each camp with a “finisher.” And trust us, the name says it all! Finishers last less than five minutes and are often the most challenging part of the workout. They pull everyone together to help push each other through and are a great way to track how strong you are becoming.
“Two claps on two.” It’s how Burn Nation ends each camp, acknowledging our community, hard work, and our journey to strength and self-confidence.
