If you have ever made peppermint bark, you know that it is the furthest thing from a healthy treat. A typical recipe for peppermint bark contains 40 grams of sugar in only one serving! But if you are like me, peppermint bark is a holiday treat you can’t go without.
Luckily, I have created a healthy version of peppermint bark that also happens to be full of protein. This protein-packed peppermint bark is a great post-workout or mid-afternoon snack to help curb your cravings for holiday treats. Stay healthy over the holidays without having to deprive yourself!
