Putting Strength To The Test
Ever wonder what qualifies our trainers to be our trainers? It’s the Strength & Conditioning Assessment, also known as the SAC. This test is no joke. Women and men must accomplish all 6 categories in under 15 minutes. At Burn Boot Camp, our trainers practice what they preach, and the goal is to be able to accomplish all that is demanded of them.
Founder and CEO, Devan Kline, shows us the perfect form while three of our trainers complete the SAC test. Jump Squats, Burpees, Push-Ups, Pull-Ups, Double Unders and a half mile run make up the categories of this test. Watch the video below to see #beastmode from our trainers!
